Senior Corporate Counsel

Role: Senior Corporate Counsel supporting Ginkgo's biotech and synthetic biology operations, focusing on commercial transactions, partnerships, and supply chain legal frameworks. Responsibilities: negotiate and draft agreements with customers, partners, suppliers, and collaborators; provide legal advice on transactions and compliance; manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment; collaborate with internal teams on program and business development matters.
