Senior Contracts Analyst

Role: Senior Contracts Analyst within Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals' legal team, focusing on evaluating, drafting, negotiating, and managing a wide array of contracts to support business objectives. Responsibilities: handle high-volume agreement negotiations, identify and mitigate contractual risks, manage contract data and documentation, and collaborate with internal teams such as Finance and Procurement to develop balanced contract solutions. Requirements: 3+ years in contract negotiation and management, strong understanding of contractual terms, risk assessment, excellent communication, and organizational skills. Preferred: Bachelor's in Business or biotech-related field, experience in pharma or biotech industries, familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems like Agiloft, and supporting publicly traded companies.
