Position Summary
The Senior Contracts Administrator provides contract-related support through all phases of the contract lifecycle and partners with key business stakeholders.

Essential Functions
- Manage the end-to-end administrative lifecycle of clinical research agreements (CTAs, CRO agreements/SOWs, HCP/consulting agreements, MTAs, clinical supply agreements, investigator-initiated research agreements) and amendments.
- Monitor and triage the contract request email inbox; assign, track action items, and file processed emails.
- Track contracts from intake through drafting/negotiation/approval/execution; maintain trackers/dashboards (status, aging, cycle times, expirations, amendments, site activation dependencies, and key metrics).
- Draft first versions using approved templates; prepare amendments, SOWs, work orders, change orders, exhibits, schedules, and other documents.
- Maintain approved template/library under Legal supervision with version control.
- Route contracts through approvals; manage electronic execution/signatures; ensure fully executed copies are distributed and retained.
- Ensure contracts are executed, stored, indexed, and associated in the contract management system; upload and enter data into repository.
- Produce regular contracting reports/metrics for Legal and Clinical Operations.
- Support audits/inspections/diligence by locating agreements and assembling documentation/audit trails.
- Assist Legal with contracting policies, SOPs, procedures, checklists, templates/forms, training, and contracting workflow process maps.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
- Perform ad-hoc/cross-functional projects as needed.

Education & Experience (Required)
- High School Diploma + 7+ years relevant experience (incl. internships/coursework), or
- Associate’s degree + 5+ years relevant experience (incl. internships/coursework).

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent written/oral communication; strong organization and attention to detail.
- Professional, tactful correspondence; strong time management; multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize under pressure; proficient MS Office.
- Initiative, good judgment, practical problem-solving.

Working Environment
- Onsite in El Segundo, CA; Monday–Friday during standard business hours (flexibility with approval); ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs.

Benefits/Compensation
- Discretionary bonus and equity award; hourly base pay range: $38.70–$43.00.
