Position Summary
The Senior Compensation Partner will design, develop, and administer comprehensive pay programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent. Collaborates with HRBPs and managers on retention, recognition, and organization design, providing data-driven and compliant recommendations aligned with compensation philosophy, internal equity, and external competitiveness.
Essential Functions
- Consult with HR and management on pay issues, compensation policies, and practices.
- Design and advise on base salary, incentive, equity, and merit pay programs; support annual compensation planning and benchmarking.
- Conduct job evaluations, internal equity reviews, and FLSA classification to maintain compliance.
- Support writing job descriptions.
- Use advanced Excel to compile, cleanse, and analyze compensation data; create analyses/reports/dashboards.
- Perform annual reviews of pay programs for equity and legal compliance.
- Prepare narrative/graphic presentations for talent acquisition, variable compensation, and pay compliance.
- Lead/advise on compensation policy, pay equity/compliance initiatives, and process automation.
- Administer variable-pay programs (e.g., incentives and sales bonus plans) to ensure accurate, timely, compliant payouts.
- Analyze market and internal demographics to recommend job architecture and salary structures.
- Maintain job and pay documentation for audit readiness; create/edit SOPs and improve/standardize templates.
Education & Experience (Required)
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years progressive compensation experience; experience designing/implementing/communicating compensation programs; HRIS configurations; job frameworks.
Skills & Abilities (Required)
- Expertise in compensation strategies and FLSA and wage/hour/pay equity laws.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong written/verbal communication.
- Ability to analyze, exercise judgment, handle confidential information, manage multiple priorities, and improve processes.
Preferred
- Workday; CCP and/or SHRM-CP; Sales Compensation; pharmaceutical/biotech experience.

- Discretionary bonus and equity award; base pay range: $155,000β$165,000 annually.
