Role: Clinical Systems Administrator responsible for the technical management and configuration of Bausch + Lomb's clinical trial systems (including Veeva Vault, Zelta, AI platforms) ensuring compliance with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and ICH E6(R3). Objectives: maintain validated system environments, support study setup, and ensure audit readiness. Responsibilities: configure and support clinical systems, manage user access and roles, troubleshoot issues, support system upgrades, and assist in audit and inspection processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, information systems, or related field; minimum 3 years' experience with GxP clinical systems (preferably eTMF, CTMS, EDC); familiarity with Veeva Vault administration and regulatory audit support. Preferred: experience supporting audits, data integrity principles, and validation activities. High-Value: remote US-based role; knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, ICH E6(R3), and clinical trial processes; strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Work setup: US remote, with a focus on maintaining compliance, system integrity, and supporting clinical trial operations.
