Senior Clinical Program Lead

Role: Senior Clinical Program Lead overseeing clinical trial operations and data management for FMI's biopharma collaborations, including sponsor- and academic-led studies. Objectives: ensure efficient study planning, start-up, execution, and close-out; maintain operational excellence and stakeholder communication. Responsibilities: lead study intake and feasibility assessments; coordinate start-up activities such as contracting, IRB approval, and material development; manage trial implementation, timelines, budgets, sample tracking, and data delivery; collaborate across clinical, laboratory, and data teams; oversee risk mitigation, documentation, and compliance with GCP and regulations; lead partner communications, study meetings, and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelor's in a scientific field; 4+ years in clinical operations within biopharma or academia; strong project management skills; familiarity with clinical trial regulations, GCP, and genomic data handling. Preferred: Master's degree; 5+ years industry experience including oncology trials or CRO/lab environments; experience managing complex data sets; proficiency in MS Office; ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
