Role Summary
The Senior Cell Therapy Account Manager (Sr. CTAM) is responsible for driving sales by accelerating the adoption and appropriate use of Arcellx cell therapy products across leading academic hospitals and community networks. As the account lead, the Sr. CTAM develops and executes strategic account plans to expand therapy access, elevate treatment center performance, and deliver an exceptional experience for patients and providers, with a focus on transforming outcomes for people living with multiple myeloma. This role covers North Chicago and surrounding accounts.
Responsibilities
- Drive multiple myeloma CAR-T brand choice within authorized treatment centers (ATCs) and community-based accounts.
- Competitively sell Arcellx products through deep knowledge of the multiple myeloma landscape and clinical expertise.
- Navigate complex account environments by identifying stakeholder needs and collaborating with internal teams to provide targeted support.
- Integrate customer insights and data to design and execute strategic account plans; analyze market trends to identify opportunities and barriers to treatment.
- Share account and HCP insights with cross-functional and alliance partners, highlighting trends and changes in the therapeutic landscape; support partners to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Equip ATC staff with CAR-T process training to eliminate barriers and optimize workflows.
- Operate in compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, and ethical standards, including protection of patient-identifiable data.
Qualifications
- Required: Master’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Required: 5+ years of hematology/oncology therapeutic experience.
- Preferred: Experience in cell therapy, immunotherapy, and/or multiple myeloma; strong understanding of oncology market dynamics.
- Required: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in complex, high-value therapeutic areas.
- Required: Ability to manage large, strategic accounts and navigate complex academic hospital systems with cross-functional partners.
- Preferred: Experience with new product launches within academic hospitals or specialty markets.
- Required: Willingness to travel overnight up to 50%.
