Role Summary

The Senior Business Systems Analyst delivers operational expertise to the Information Research (IR) Business and Project Management Office, with primary responsibilities in MSP governance work such as demand planning and contract/PO review, and resource management for MSPs, TotalTalent and ID Management resources—including onboarding, offboarding, issue resolution, and timesheet/invoice approvals. This role ensures that third-party services align with business requirements, project scopes, regulatory compliance and budget constraints. This is a hybrid role based in Lake County, IL (T, W, TH).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • Uses appropriate tools and processes to collect, correlate and review/approve deliverables.
  • Determines approach and solution to problem when issue is within scope of own ability.
  • Analyzes departmental processes and needs and makes recommendations that are most effective means to satisfy those needs.
  • Works effectively with team/group to accomplish organizational goals.
  • Manages projects/work according to milestones and completes tasks assigned with minimal supervision.
  • Works with internal leads to determine annual contract demands and aligns to contract/change request process.
  • Facilitate due diligence by gathering necessary information for coordinating reviews and completing tasks with vendors, IR, compliance and Finance departments.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 4 years’ experience.
  • Experience as a Business System Analyst and/or Project Management related role.

Preferred:

  • Experience using SNOW and Fieldglass tool or applications
  • Vendor management/resource management experience
  • Systems Testing and IT Implementation experience
