Senior Business Analyst, Discovery IT

Role: Discovery IT Business Partner supporting Wave Life Sciences' Research and Discovery teams in Cambridge and Lexington, MA. Objectives include driving new technology solutions, expanding informatics capabilities, and ensuring operational excellence within a fast-paced biotech environment. Responsibilities encompass managing lab informatics systems (e.g., Dotmatics, CLIMB), leading discovery technology projects like lab automation and data lakes, overseeing change management for platform upgrades, supporting user training, and facilitating cross-functional IT initiatives such as FAIR data implementation. Requirements: Bachelor's in Information Management, Computer Science, or related; 7+ years in Pharma/Biotech, with 5+ years in Discovery IT; experience with discovery systems, project leadership, and knowledge of FDA/EMA regulations (Annex 11, 21 CFR 11).
