Post-bachelorโs degree from an accredited college or university (e.g., Masters, MBA or equivalent)- Area of specialization: MBA (or equivalent experience).
5-7 years of relevant experience.
Experience in brand marketing and developing strong consumer insight lead concepts to drive innovation; especially in OTC or FMCG; experience in Personal Care/Skincare Category preferred
Experience with syndicated databases and ability to draw out product, category and competitive insights, with respect to making positioning/assortment/ pricing / distribution decisions
Leadership โ skills to envision, engage, enable, and execute; ability to balance long-term strategic priorities with short-term business needs
Cooperate transversally: collaboration and influence skills up-down-across organizations and cultures/geographies
