Role Summary

Senior Brand Manager, North America (U.S. & Canada) responsible for shaping strategy and performance of a flagship brand in the premium aesthetics category. Translate insights into execution, balancing creativity with business discipline to deliver growth and market impact. Develop and implement integrated marketing programs to strengthen brand equity, accelerate growth, and enhance customer engagement across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Leadership: Establish, align, and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned brand in North America; develop annual brand plans, programs, and integrated campaigns; translate brand strategy into actionable KPIs and measurement frameworks; monitor competitive landscape and inform brand/go-to-market strategies; serve as liaison between marketing, sales, and executive leadership.
  • Product Strategy & Lifecycle Management: Lead product lifecycle strategy from launch through maturity and end-of-life; balance market needs, profitability, and portfolio fit; partner with Global Marketing and R&D to inform innovation and go-to-market readiness.
  • Marketing Execution & Innovation: Develop and execute innovative, insight-driven marketing programs (advertising, PR, events, trade shows) that elevate brand desirability; manage agency partners and internal stakeholders; deliver hands-on execution without overreliance on external resources; provide clear briefs, project management, and post-launch evaluation; create sales tools and marketing assets; champion omnichannel engagement; measure campaign performance with analytics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Field Engagement: Own end-to-end commercialization plans; collaborate with KOLs and customers; lead brand presence at conferences and events; conduct regular field travel to engage with customers and sales teams; leverage field and KOL insights to differentiate the brand.
  • Financial & Operational Excellence: Own brand P&L; model pricing scenarios, promotional ROI, and margin optimization; align marketing investments with business objectives; manage budgets and vendor agreements; track and report KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of marketing experience in medical devices, aesthetics, or life sciences
  • Proven success developing and executing brand plans, product launches, and marketing programs in complex, cross-functional organizations
  • Experience in product lifecycle management and cross-functional commercialization (R&D, Regulatory, Clinical)
  • Experience managing all aspects of the marketing mix (product, price, place, promotion)
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing A&P budgets and vendor contracts
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to influence across functions
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, and analytics
  • Strategic thinking with ability to execute in a matrixed environment
  • Experience collaborating across commercial, clinical, and creative functions
  • Self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, agile in managing multiple priorities; willingness to travel up to 35% (including occasional weekends)
