Role Summary

Senior Brand Manager, Advantage Family & Dewormers. You will be a key leader within Elancoโ€™s U.S. Pet Health OTC business, a fast-growing segment of the pet health industry. You will partner closely with the Executive Director of OTC Brand Marketing to shape the future of iconic, category-leading brands by driving brand growth, profitability, and innovation through strong strategic leadership and flawless execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the long-term (5-year) brand strategy, innovation pipeline, and lifecycle management for the OTC Parasiticide portfolio
  • Develop and execute annual brand plans, including budget ownership and P&L management, to achieve sales and profit objectives
  • Partner with internal teams (digital, media, shopper marketing), agency partners, and sales to create and optimize integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Analyze business performance, competitive dynamics, and key performance indicators to inform forecasts and drive brand growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Unit, Technical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales partners to deliver brand and customer objectives

Qualifications

  • Required: Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Required: Experience: A minimum of 7 years of brand marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing multi-channel marketing campaigns with a digital focus
  • Required: Core Skills: Strategic brand management experience in CPG or Pet Health combined with a proven ability to drive innovation and use analytics to build actionable marketing plans
  • Preferred: MBA
  • Preferred: Experience in OTC marketing and eCommerce
  • Preferred: Results-driven mindset with strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred: 2+ years of people management experience

Additional Requirements

  • Travel: 10โ€“20% annually
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN preferred โ€“ Hybrid work environment
