The Position:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Payroll & Benefits, assist with end-to-end processing of biweekly payroll and day-to-day benefit support for employees across four locations (Pasadena, CA; San Diego, CA; Madison, WI; Verona, WI). Process off-cycle payrolls as needed.
Oversee administration of daily and quarterly equity compensation transactions, including new grants, stock option exercises, and RSU activity. Collaborate with Accounting and People Services & Culture to ensure accuracy and compliance. Support People Services & Culture with general HR-related areas. Full-time, onsite at Corporate Headquarters in Pasadena, CA.

Responsibilities:
- Back up all payroll activities, including calculating final pay for terminations and processing separations through ADP WFN.
- Create/maintain equity compensation checklists; route and close out checklists.
- Manage the companyโ€™s equity plan.
- Ensure equity processes comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Back up review/processing of biweekly timecards; follow up with employees and supervisors.
- Maintain electronic equity filing systems.
- Back up tracking/managing benefits; provide benefit support as needed.
- Conduct audits to ensure employee changes and pay data are entered.
- Provide system support and focus on process improvements across HR/People Services.
- Support general HR/People Services tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- 4 years of recent payroll and/or benefits experience.
- Fast-paced, detail-oriented; analyze information for completeness/accuracy.
- Excellent organization; advanced Excel; current ADP WFN experience.
- Knowledge of wage and hour laws.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
- Strong written/oral communication; interacts effectively at all levels.
- Flexibility for extra hours during critical times.
- Strong time management; able to work independently and with a team.

Preferred:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree.
