Senior Automation Engineer

Role: Senior Automation Engineer supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing at Regeneron, focusing on process control and monitoring systems. Responsibilities: design, develop, implement hardware/software improvements for automation equipment; provide PLC- and HMI-based technical support; investigate manufacturing deviations linked to control systems; develop design documents and test plans per GAMP 5; support commissioning, testing, and continuous improvements; author FATs, SATs, and system specifications. Requirements: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience; expertise in process control/data acquisition systems; proficiency with DeltaV DCS, Allen-Bradley, Siemens PLCs; experience in regulated manufacturing environments. Preferred: experience with video graphic recorders and cleanroom gowning.
