What You Will Achieve
- Contribute to moderately complex projects; manage time to meet targets.
- Apply skills to contribute to team efforts.
- Use judgment to modify methods and techniques as needed.
- Monitor and complete periodic reviews, including the validation master plan for automation engineering.
- Demonstrate strong planning, organizing, time management, and team participation.
- Take responsibility for routine and preventive maintenance; ensure equipment/facilities operate safely and efficiently.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years; or associateβs degree with 6+ years; or BA/BS with 2+ years; or MBA/MS with any years relevant experience.
- Proven experience in Automation Engineering.
- Proficiency drafting software test plans, user requirements, and system design documents.
- Hands-on experience with Automation Compliance projects.
- Familiarity with process controls equipment.
- Strong understanding of Computerized Systems, compliance regulations, and standards.
- Strong teamwork and excellent communication.
Bonus Points (Preferred Requirements)
- Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
- Understanding of programming; proficiency in at least one language.
- Knowledge of GMP.
- Ability to train others; strong problem-solving.
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) responsibly.
Physical/Mental Requirements
- Office and plant environment; keyboarding, lifting, standing, bending, walking.
Work Schedule/Travel
- Weekend/off-hours work, some overtime; 24/7 on-call coverage; adhere to safe work practices; some travel.

Compensation/Benefits
- Annual base salary: $82,700β$137,900; bonus target 10% of base (Global Performance Plan).
