Senior Automation Engineer Aesthetic Medical Device (Bothell, WA)

Role: Senior Automation Engineer leading automation system design, development, validation, and implementation in manufacturing. Responsibilities: manage end-to-end automation projects, develop best practices, set DFA requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to execute automation initiatives, develop verification/validation plans, troubleshoot automation issues, and provide technical leadership. Qualifications: BS in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related; 5+ years in automated equipment/system development in manufacturing; proficiency in automation technologies, robotics, vision systems; experience with process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ), lean manufacturing, and CAD tools. Preferred: experience in medical device or capital equipment manufacturing, FDA QSR/ISO 9001 knowledge, PLC programming, RF/laser systems, or ultrasound. High-Value: biopharma manufacturing support, automation in medical device or diagnostic production, process validation, regulatory compliance, light manufacturing environment.
