Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end operations for the PfizerFutures US Commercial internship program, including candidate selection support, project identification/placement, onboarding, and the 10-week internship experience.
- Support end-to-end operations for the Commercial Associate Rotational and Marketing MBA Rotational Programs (logistics, project placements, communications, onboarding, performance tracking).
- Orchestrate and track project rotation matching via the in-house AI portal; manage performance evaluations using internal systems/surveys; keep Workday development files updated.
- Prepare and analyze reports/data on program performance and participant progress; manage evaluation surveys and key success metrics.
- Enhance and maintain the Program AI Portal (add two new program requirements with Digital and a third-party vendor); document and track rotational experiences; update talent cards.
- Assist with recruiting (events/conferences, interviews, candidate communications, onboarding); develop recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Build relationships with universities/career centers/industry partners.
- Partner with Program Leads for inclusive culture; plan networking, guest speakers, and team-building events; support onboarding/training curriculum with Marketing Academy; engage alumni/school managers/senior leaders.
Qualifications:
- BA + 4 years; or MS + 2 years; or PhD + 0+ years; or Associateβs + 8 years; or HS + 10 years.
- Program management/operations/talent development experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Experience managing events, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent communication/influencing skills; strong written/verbal skills for executive engagement.
- Familiarity with AI and tools such as Canva, Copilot, PowerBI.
- Proven project management/execution in matrixed or regulated environments; self-manage and adapt.
- High attention to detail; comfort in regulated environments.
- Role model for PFE Values.
- Prior early talent recruiting/pipeline experience (plus).

- Base salary: $82,700β$137,900; bonus target 10% (Global Performance Plan).
