- Develop cell-based assays to evaluate drug candidates using primary and engineered mammalian cells
- Design and perform experiments to screen and characterize preclinical/clinical drug candidates in an immuno-oncology pipeline
- Perform mammalian cell culture and generate stable cell lines
- Isolate primary cells and use flow cytometry to characterize cellular responses
- Run cell-based functional assays (reporter and cytotoxicity assays)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with a primary focus on immuno-oncology
- Learn new techniques; contribute to multiple projects
- Present findings in cross-functional meetings
This Role Requires
- Bachelorโs degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or Masterโs degree
- Knowledge of immunology, protein biology, and mammalian cell culture (hands-on bench experience preferred)
- Ability to multitask experiments and analyze data across diverse projects
- Experience working independently and in teams; effective communication
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
Preferred/Plus Skills
- In-vitro T cell characterization (functional and antigen-binding assays)
- Cell-based assays/immunoassays (flow cytometry or plate reader) and basic molecular biology
- High-throughput screening experience; familiarity with liquid handlers
