Senior Associate, Platform Engineer

Role: Platform Engineer for Pfizer’s enterprise pro-code AI Agent Platform on Azure, supporting data-driven innovation across R&D, manufacturing, and commercial functions. Responsibilities: design, develop, and operate the AI agent platform; automate infrastructure using Terraform; ensure security, compliance, and high availability; integrate Foundry AI/ML services and enable secure deployment of agentic applications; establish monitoring, logging, and observability; manage global environments and self-service tenants. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 2+ years of experience with cloud platform engineering, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), and infrastructure automation; strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: familiarity with telemetry, observability, and Azure’s latest AI capabilities.
