Senior Associate, Platform Engineer

Role: Platform Engineer for Pfizer’s enterprise AI Agent Platform on Azure, focusing on developing, automating, and operationalizing a secure, scalable, and compliant pro-code AI agent ecosystem. Responsibilities: design and maintain the platform, automate infrastructure with Terraform, implement security controls, integrate Foundry and AI/ML services, and establish observability and reliability measures across global environments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field with 2+ years of experience; proficiency in Azure solutions, CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions), and cloud infrastructure automation; strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred: familiarity with telemetry, observability, and monitoring tools. High-value: cloud platform engineering, enterprise AI/ML applications, Azure Foundry integration, infrastructure as code, security and compliance, hybrid work setup with occasional travel.
