Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) meta-model, system integrations, and workflows.
- Partner with Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) to coordinate catalog/operating-model changes impacting the PGS Unified Data Hub (UDH) and adjacent platforms.
- Shape the asset model; build/maintain workflows and external integrations.
- Guide standards for security, lineage, and governance so trusted data is easy to find, understand, and use by colleagues and AI agents.
- Collaborate with IT to set up dev/test/prod environments; perform risk analysis and impact assessments for integrations.
- Design and implement application software configurations and systems design for COTS products.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree + 2 years; OR Master’s + 0+; OR Associate’s + 6; OR HS + 8 years.
- Experience in data governance, metadata engineering, and/or data modeling.
- Strong workflow automation (BPMN; Groovy/Java/Python) and Collibra REST API integration patterns.
- Ability to coordinate change across business and platform teams (impact/risk assessment, deployment plans, controls).
- Strong stakeholder management.
Preferred:
- Collibra hands-on (DGC/Console/Job Server/workflows/APIs) and enterprise-scale meta-model design/evolution.
- Technical lineage harvesting/curation; business glossary mapping.
- Collibra security/role design and SSO/IdM integration; data quality operating models/rule lifecycle.
Other:
- Hybrid (not remote): work from assigned Pfizer office 2–3 days/week.
