Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role: Senior Associate, FP&A, supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and system implementation within a remote biopharma finance team. Responsibilities: prepare monthly variance analyses, support commercial forecasting through data analysis, aid in annual budget development, assist in quarterly forecasts, lead data migration and process design during FP&A software rollout, develop financial models, and identify process efficiencies. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related; 3–5 years FP&A or finance experience; advanced Excel skills and familiarity with FP&A/EPM tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) preferred; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
