Responsibilities:
- Drive implementation of technical solutions/analytical strategies for drug substance production using lab off-line testing and/or in-line/on-line PAT.
- Transfer analytical methods from Product R&D; improve robustness, accuracy, precision, and other attributes per ICH.
- Demonstrate learning agility across chemistry, engineering, analytical sciences, and data sciences.
- Plan/manage short- and long-term development activities; set technical agendas/timelines; recommend resources; communicate progress and changes.
- Collaborate with development/manufacturing to deliver material and information for clinical trials and regulatory submissions across modalities.
- Serve as SME/technical mentor (experimental design, data interpretation, problem-solving).
- Coordinate instrumentation across projects.
- Author/contribute to SOPs, technology transfer documents, process flow diagrams, regulatory submissions, patents, scientific papers; present findings to cross-functional teams.
- Ensure alignment with development quality, regulatory, HSE, GLP, and GMP requirements.

Basic Requirements:
- BS (Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry/Biophysics/Biochemistry or related STEM) + 8 years; or MS + 5 years analytical characterization with chromatographic systems/detectors.
- Experience with HPLC/UPLC, LC-MALS, LC-CAD/ELSD, LC-HRMS, CE/iCE, CE-MS for chemical/physical characterization of oligonucleotides, bioconjugates, and biologics.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; no visa sponsorship.

Additional Preferences:
- Method development/validation for bioconjugates/biologics; transfer into GMP manufacturing/QC.
- Experience transitioning methods from development to manufacturing/commercial testing; drive change; collaboration/influence; prioritize/handle ambiguity; strong communication/organizational/leadership; cGMP knowledge with direct experience.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Anticipated wage: $65,250–$169,400; bonus eligibility; comprehensive benefits (401(k), medical/dental/vision, life insurance, time off/leave, well-being).

Other:
- On-site; 8 hours/day, 5 days/week; flexibility for shutdowns/weekends/overnights; 0–10% travel.
