About The Role:
Supports and coordinates end-to-end demand, supply, and capacity planning for designated commercial product supply chains. Manages inventory reconciliation/control, rolling purchase forecasts, and contributes to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). Collects/analyzes supply chain data to report risks/trends and recommend solutions that improve service levels, inventory optimization, and operational efficiency. Independently manages complex planning activities, drives cross-functional alignment, mitigates supply risks, and leads planning initiatives and process improvements.
Your Contributions:
- Analyze/manage monthly production plans using demand forecasts, inventory targets, and capacity constraints
- Maintain/optimize planning models and system parameters
- Coordinate monthly planning with contract manufacturing sites
- Build dashboards/reports and actionable insights from supply chain data
- Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, safety stock, service levels, lead times) and recommend corrective actions
- Identify/assess supply risks and develop mitigation/contingency plans
- Collaborate with partners/suppliers/teams for execution, issue resolution, continuity, and continuous improvement
- Maintain finished goods inventory aligned to demand, targets, financial objectives, and service levels
- Lead/support monthly S&OP (facilitate, analyze scenarios, recommend actions)
- Lead continuous improvement (planning processes, inventory strategies, reporting, ERP utilization)
- Serve as subject matter expert and guide less experienced team members
Requirements:
- BS/BA + 4+ years in supply chain planning OR Masterβs + 2+ years
- Advanced analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving; strong cross-functional influence
- Data-driven scenario evaluation; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)
- Ability to work in ambiguity and proactively identify risks/opportunities/process improvements
- Pharmaceutical supply chain, inventory management/procurement, external manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of supply planning, scheduling, ERP, and data analysis tools
- Commercial pharma and S&OP experience preferred
Comp/Benefits:
- Base salary: $97,000β$133,000; target bonus 20%; equity long-term incentive eligibility
