Role: Senior Analyst, SEC Reporting supporting external financial disclosures for a growing public biopharma company, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements. Responsibilities: prepare quarterly and annual SEC filings (Forms 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K), financial statements, footnotes, and supporting schedules; coordinate XBRL tagging; support financial close, variance analyses, and reconciliation processes; conduct technical accounting research, evaluate new standards, and assist with implementation; prepare for audits, respond to auditor requests, and support internal control testing. Requirements: Bachelor's in Accounting, CPA, 3-5 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience, including at least 2 years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred). High attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, Workiva), and experience in regulated industries like life sciences or healthcare. Preferred: strong U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting knowledge, SOX compliance, technical accounting memo-writing skills, and prior experience supporting SEC filings.
