Senior Analyst - Quality Digital & Innovation (LIMS/MODA)

Role: Support laboratory systems at Takeda's Massachusetts biologics site, primarily focusing on LabWare LIMS and MODA, ensuring system administration, configuration, and compliance. Responsibilities: maintain workflows and master data, support system/instrument integrations, troubleshoot user issues, support validation activities, and manage change controls while collaborating across QC, manufacturing, IT, vendors, and global teams. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field; 2-4 years in pharma/biopharma supporting lab systems or QC environments; hands-on LabWare LIMS expertise, especially with LabWare 8; experience with SQL, interface configuration (e.g., Modbus), and computer systems validation; strong knowledge of cGxP, data integrity, and validated systems. Preferred: experience in regulated laboratory environments, system configuration, and integration protocols.
