The purpose of the Senior Analyst, Patient Support Analytics role is to transform patient support, self-pay, affordability, pharmacy, and operational data into meaningful insights that improve patient access to therapy and strengthen program performance. Provides accurate reporting, actionable insights, and decision support.

Essential Functions
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Collect, integrate, validate, and analyze data from patient support programs, customer experience platforms, self-pay channels, pharmacies, and affordability programs; analyze patient/customer journeys to identify trends and access barriers; evaluate program performance (enrollment, conversion, time to therapy, fulfillment, abandonment, self-pay utilization, satisfaction, engagement, persistence); conduct trend/segmentation/journey/funnel/root-cause analyses; reconcile data across vendors/systems/dashboards.
- Actionable Insights: Guide executive decisions on segments/needs/behaviors; identify drivers of behavior (access, financial, service interactions, unmet needs); create executive-ready summaries with implications, risks, and recommended actions.
- Insights & Reporting: Design and maintain dashboards/scorecards/recurring and ad hoc reports; create visualizations of the patient/customer journey; establish standardized metrics and reporting frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with PSS, Market Access, Finance, and IT; partner with stakeholders on data needs.
- Analytics & Strategy: Identify opportunities; measure improvement program success; leverage analytics and AI; build dashboards that tell the customer story.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (data science/statistics/economics/public health or related preferred).
- 2+ years applied analytics experience required; 1-year pharma experience preferred.
- LAAD experience preferred.
- Strong SQL; working knowledge of Python/R; AI experience/understanding.
- Excellent oral and written communication; track programs/timelines; proven data visualization development; translate data into actionable recommendations.

Physical Requirements
- 0–10% overnight travel.
