Senior Analyst / Manager, Contracts

Role: Senior Contracts Analyst/Contracts Manager supporting Arrowhead’s legal team in contract evaluation, drafting, negotiation, and management. Responsibilities: review and negotiate various contract documents, ensure contractual compliance with company parameters, manage contract system entries, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and assist with legal matters, balancing big-picture business goals with day-to-day contract activities. Requirements: 3+ years (Senior) or 5+ years (Manager) of contract negotiation experience within biotech or pharma, with strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business or biotech, experience with clinical trial agreements, and familiarity with contract management systems such as Agiloft. High-Value: biotech/pharma industry, focus on clinical or R&D contracts, legal negotiation skills, experience with clinical trial agreements preferred. Work Setup: full-time onsite in Pasadena, CA, with no travel specified.
