Senior Analyst / Manager, Contracts

Role: Senior Contracts Analyst/Contracts Manager in Arrowhead’s legal team, responsible for evaluating, drafting, and negotiating company contracts to mitigate risks and support business objectives. Responsibilities: draft, review, and negotiate contracts; manage contracting systems; communicate with stakeholders; ensure contracts align with corporate parameters; assist with legal matters and strategic contract management. Requirements: minimum 3 years (Senior) or 5 years (Manager) experience in contract negotiation, preferably within biotech or pharma; strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and organizational skills; understanding of contract documents and risk analysis; experience with clinical trial agreements and contract management systems preferred.
