Purpose:
- The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) Strategic Execution and Initiatives Senior Analyst will manage project execution for strategic initiatives advancing the global OEC program (including risk-directed projects and compliance reporting materials), capture and socialize OEC accomplishments, and lead management of OEC resources.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with all levels of OEC to assess support needs, provide support, advocate for escalation, and maintain momentum.
- Create, manage, and execute project plans and related materials (e.g., presentations, draft deliverables, implementation plans) for OEC operational excellence and strategic projects.
- Support the global risk assessment process by collecting, analyzing, and synthesizing qualitative/quantitative inputs; summarize and update results.
- Collaborate with OEC teams and other functions (e.g., Internal Audit) to identify evolving/emerging OEC risks; support training, communication, and engagement.
- Support integrity of master data/information for risk assessment, including governance of the OEC Risk Register and related data sources.
- Identify and present OEC risks/issues with recommendations; coordinate change management to embed outcomes.
- Drive efficiencies/consistency in OEC risk management, analytics, and operational excellence.
- Support US Risk Governance model operations and future global harmonization.
- Lead OEC resource management (e.g., Prezentium, benchmarking) including budget/PO/users and coordination/reporting of deliverables and education materials.
- Establish project teams, motivate action, and document meetings/outcomes; participate in/lead cross-functional OEC projects.
- Assist with department presentations/training materials and remediation of compliance audits; liaise between OEC and Internal Audit.

Qualifications:
- B.A./B.S. required. CPA, Master’s, JD, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience/exposure to compliance, legal, audit, finance, and/or regulatory affairs.
- Leadership, organization, analytical, project management, and team-building skills.
- Ability to work independently with high initiative; fast learner and adaptable.
- Strong oral/written communication; advanced Word/Excel/PowerPoint; proofreading/editing skills; strong interpersonal/presentation skills.
- Change agile and inquisitive/open-minded; enterprise mindset using data/analytics/AI tools.
- Strong ability to synthesize information and use judgment to communicate to objectives/audiences.
