Senior Analyst, Commercial FP&A

Role: Senior Financial Analyst supporting the US Tissue Reconstruction division, focusing on revenue, expense analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting. Responsibilities include preparing revenue and COGS forecasts, scenario planning, variance analysis, and supporting annual budgets and strategic plans. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, sales, and accounting teams, with emphasis on automation and AI in reporting, and participation in weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reviews presented to senior leadership. Qualifications: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; minimum 5 years' FP&A or finance experience; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases like Hyperion or Power BI preferred. High-value: experience with biopharma financial processes, especially in healthcare or medical device divisions, with a focus on revenue and cost management in tissue reconstruction. Work setup: hybrid role based in Princeton, NJ, with in-office presence required on Tuesdays to Thursdays, remote on other days.
