Purpose
- Support the implementation of AI and advanced technology solutions to drive innovation and efficiency across Finance, collaborating with BTS, data scientists, project managers, and business stakeholders to identify AI/automation opportunities and integrate AI into business processes.

Responsibilities
- Execute Finance AI deployment strategy by operationalizing proof of concepts and larger program deployments.
- Engage business partners to identify and prioritize AI use cases; assess feasibility, risks, and value creation.
- Ensure AI solutions are developed and implemented in alignment with relevant regulations, privacy, and ethical standards.
- Define and track KPIs for AI projects; evaluate success, impact, and improvement areas.
- Develop and operationalize AI deployment roadmaps/strategies; provide management status updates as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external vendors to stay current on AI trends and best practices.
- Support change management, training, and communications to encourage AI adoption.
- Stay up to date on AI advancements and support continuous improvement of AI processes.
- Coordinate with project managers and technical staff to integrate AI solutions into business workflows.
- Mentor and support a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or related field (Masterโ€™s degree a plus).
- 4+ years in data analytics, AI/ML projects, automation, or technology-enabled business transformation.
- Strong business acumen; ability to align AI/technology with organizational objectives.
- Proven data science knowledge/hands-on experience with machine learning, data analysis, and AI methodologies in business contexts.
- Experience managing/supporting projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; can work with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong financial acumen; familiarity with financial systems and processes.
- Adaptability in fast-paced/changing environments.
- Passion for continuous improvement and staying updated on industry trends.
- Ability to achieve results through collaboration and coordination with internal/external stakeholders.
