Responsibilities:
- Own/oversee execution, delivery, and relationship management for strategic biopharma/biotech alliance programs; maximize partnership value.
- Conduct partner due diligence, run periodic health checks, and execute annual operating plans.
- Manage contract-related constraints/opportunities; ensure aims, deliverables, and objectives are met.
- Lead prescriptive delivery: gather partner requirements, recommend provisioning of Caris solutions, manage timeline/technical performance, communicate prioritization, escalate roadblocks, and track to goals.
- Establish governance/decision-making processes and lead partner implementations meeting timelines and expectations.
- Drive continuous alliance improvement, governance redesign, expansion opportunity identification, and feasibility/risk/resource/timeline validation.
- Perform proactive risk management (needs, risks, dependencies), mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
- Ensure strong customer/business excellence: communicate value, tailor delivery, maintain partner relationships, mentor/enable capability development, provide forecasting inputs.
- (If applicable) Lead/coach team, manage day-to-day operations and resources, ensure partner satisfaction and contractual obligations, and support performance/talent processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree + 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology OR real-world data management, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics, healthcare implementation/delivery/program management.
- Manager-level experience (or higher).
- Travel up to 20%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based business tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of regulatory/quality frameworks (CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA).
- Experience delivering/partnering for oncology offerings, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams/direct reports.
