Responsibilities:
- Manage/oversee a portfolio of strategic alliances programs.
- Conduct partner due diligence; lead periodic alliance health checks; execute annual operating plans.
- Manage contract-related opportunities/constraints; ensure aims, deliverables, and objectives are met.
- Lead prescriptive delivery: gather partner requirements, recommend Caris solution provisioning, direct delivery from inception to final deliverables, align workstreams to business needs, manage timelines/technical performance, and escalate roadblocks.
- Establish alliance governance/decision-making and lead partner implementations that meet timelines and exceed expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement of alliances; redesign governance; identify expansion opportunities; serve as internal SME (validate feasibility, risks, resourcing, timelines).
- Proactively identify/assess partner needs, risks, and dependencies; lead mitigation and issue resolution.
- Demonstrate and communicate solution value; provide best-practice recommendations; build/expand customer relationships; mentor and develop team capability; provide account-level forecasting inputs.
- (When applicable) Lead/coach team members; foster a high-performance environment; oversee day-to-day partner operations and resource allocation; support performance/talent/succession/hiring.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years’ experience in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology, or managing multimodal real-world data, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics, or healthcare implementation/delivery/program management.
- Manager-level experience.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA and impact on operations/deliverables.
- Experience delivering/partnering on oncology offerings, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams/direct reports.
