Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Alliances owns/oversees execution, delivery, and relationship management of programs with biopharma/biotech partners to maximize partnership value. Develops expertise in Caris capabilities and applies it to alliance decision-makers’ needs across R&D, target identification/expansion, companion diagnostics, molecular profiling, real-world data, precision medicine programs, clinical trial enrollment/success, and target discovery. Collaborates cross-functionally to align efforts, streamline decisions, optimize resources, and meet alliance objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic alliance programs: alliance health/due diligence, periodic health checks, and annual operating plans.
- Contract management and ensuring delivery of aims, deliverables, and objectives.
- Lead prescriptive delivery: gather partner requirements, recommend provisioning of solutions, direct delivery team, manage timeline/technical performance, escalate roadblocks, and track to goals.
- Process/governance preparation; lead partner implementations.
- Alignment/relationship management: improve governance, enhance mutual trust, identify expansion opportunities, validate feasibility/risks/timelines.
- Proactive risk management and issue resolution.
- Customer/business excellence: communicate value, tailor approaches, build/mentor, provide forecasting inputs.
- When applicable: lead/coach team; manage day-to-day partner operations and resource allocation; data-driven decisions; support talent development/hiring.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology or related areas (real-world data management, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics, healthcare implementation/delivery, or program management).
- Manager-level experience or higher; travel up to 20%; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, internet tools).

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA; experience delivering oncology/lab/therapeutic/data products/clinical trial enrollment; experience leading cross-functional teams/direct reports.
