Position Summary
- Own/oversee execution, delivery, and relationship management for programs with biopharma/biotech partners; maximize partnership value and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Develop expertise in Caris capabilities to support alliance decision-makers across R&D, target ID/discovery, indication expansion, clinical trial enrollment/success, companion diagnostics, molecular profiling, real-world data, and precision medicine.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (BD, Clinical Ops, Data Science, R&D, Product, Ops, Regulatory, Marketing, IT, Lab Ops) to align efforts, streamline decisions, optimize resources, and achieve alliance objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of strategic alliances: partner due diligence and alliance health checks; annual operating plans.
- Contract management with internal teams; ensure deliverables/objectives are met.
- Prescriptive delivery: gather partner requirements, direct delivery teams to completion, align workstreams to timelines/technical performance, track goals, escalate roadblocks.
- Process/governance management; continuous alliance improvement and governance redesign.
- Alignment/relationship management; identify expansion opportunities; serve as internal SME (feasibility, risks, resources, timelines).
- Proactive risk management: identify/assess partner risks/dependencies; lead mitigation and issue resolution.
- Customer/business excellence: communicate value, tailor recommendations/approaches, mentor, and contribute to process improvements and forecasting.
- (If applicable) Lead, coach, manage resources, and support performance management/talent.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology; multimodal real-world data; drug development/discovery; clinical research/study management; product management; companion diagnostics; healthcare implementation/delivery/program management.
- Manager-level experience or higher; travel up to 20%; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of regulatory/quality frameworks (CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA).
- Experience delivering/partnering on oncology offerings, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams/direct reports.
