Responsibilities:
- Own/oversee execution, delivery, and relationship management for Caris biopharma/biotech strategic alliances; maximize partnership value.
- Conduct alliance due diligence (partner objectives/value drivers), perform periodic health checks, and execute annual operating plans.
- Manage contract deliverables: guide internal teams on partnership agreement opportunities/constraints and ensure aims/objectives are met.
- Lead prescriptive delivery: gather partner requirements, recommend provisioning of Caris solutions, direct delivery from kickoff to final deliverables, align workstreams to business needs, track timeline/technical performance, escalate roadblocks.
- Establish governance/process management for implementations that meet timelines and exceed partner expectations.
- Drive alignment and continuous improvement: enhance governance, identify incremental expansion opportunities, and serve as an internal SME for expansion (feasibility, risks, resourcing, timelines).
- Proactive risk management: identify/assess/communicate needs, risks, dependencies; lead mitigation planning and issue resolution.
- Customer/business excellence: communicate Caris solution value, tailor delivery approaches, maintain/expand customer relationships, mentor and improve team capabilities; provide account-level forecasting inputs.
- (If applicable) Lead, coach, and manage teams; allocate resources across portfolios; support performance/talent planning, succession, and hiring.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree and 4+ yearsβ experience in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology OR managing multimodal real-world data, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics, healthcare implementation/delivery/program management.
- Manager-level experience (or higher).
- Travel up to 20%.
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and business internet tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of regulatory/quality frameworks (e.g., CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA).
- Experience delivering/partnering on oncology offerings, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and/or direct reports.
