Position Summary
- Own/oversee execution, delivery, and relationship management for strategic alliances with biopharma/biotech partners; drive continuous improvement of best practices and recognition as a partner of choice.
- Lead prescriptive delivery: gather partner requirements, recommend provisioning of Caris solutions, direct teams from start to final deliverables, align workstreams to business needs, manage timelines/technical performance, escalate roadblocks, and track to goals.
- Conduct alliance health due diligence, lead periodic health checks, and execute annual operating plans.
- Manage contract opportunities/constraints and ensure deliverables/objectives are met.
- Establish governance and partner implementations; enhance redesign governance; identify and validate expansion opportunities (feasibility, risks, resources, timelines).
- Proactively identify/assess/communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans; resolve issues.
- Demonstrate solution expertise and communicate value; provide best-practice recommendations; build/expand customer relationships; mentor and drive capability development.
- (When applicable) lead/motivate/coach team; manage resource allocation; make data-driven decisions; support performance management, talent development, succession planning, and hiring.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology and/or multimodal real-world data, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics, healthcare implementation/delivery/program management.
- Manager-level (or higher) experience.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook) and internet-based business tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA and impact on operations.
- Experience delivering/partnering on oncology/lab services/therapeutic programs/healthcare data products/clinical-trial enrollment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams/direct reports.
