Position Summary
Senior Manager, Alliances drives continuous improvement of alliance implementation and partner relationship management best practices and helps Caris be recognized as a biopharma partner of choice.

Responsibilities
- Manage/oversee a portfolio of strategic alliances programs: conduct partner due diligence, lead health checks, and execute annual operating plans.
- Contract management: guide internal teams to ensure partnership aims, deliverables, and objectives are met.
- Delivery: gather partner requirements; recommend provisioning of Caris solutions; direct delivery from start to final deliverables; manage timelines/technical performance; communicate priorities and escalate roadblocks.
- Process management: prepare governance and improve partner implementation to exceed expectations.
- Alignment/relationship management: improve governance, identify expansion opportunities, validate feasibility/risks/resources/timelines.
- Proactive risk management: identify/assess/communicate risks/dependencies; lead mitigation and issue resolution.
- Customer and business excellence: communicate value of solutions, mentor others, improve processes, pilot approaches, and provide account-level forecasting inputs.
- (If applicable) Lead and develop team, manage resources, ensure partner satisfaction and contractual delivery.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology OR multimodal real-world data, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics projects, healthcare implementation/delivery/program management.
- Manager-level experience.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA.
- Experience delivering/partnering for oncology, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
