Position Summary
Senior Manager, Alliances responsible for improving implementation and partner relationship management best practices and driving Caris to be recognized as a biopharma partner of choice.

Responsibilities
- Manage/oversee a portfolio of strategic alliance programs (alliance health, due diligence, health checks, annual operating plans).
- Contract management: guide internal teams to meet partnership agreement aims, deliverables, and objectives.
- Delivery: lead prescriptive delivery, gather partner requirements, direct delivery team to completion, manage timelines/technical performance, communicate priorities, escalate roadblocks.
- Process management: prepare governance/decision-making and lead partner implementations to exceed expectations.
- Alignment & relationship management: improve governance, drive mutual understanding/trust, identify expansion opportunities, serve as internal SME for feasible expansion (risks/resources/timelines).
- Proactive risk management: identify/assess/communicate needs, risks, dependencies; lead mitigation/issue resolution.
- Customer & business excellence: communicate Caris value, tailor delivery, mentor, support forecasting (dates/volumes/risks/assumptions/capacity).
- (If applicable) lead/motivate/coach team; ensure partner satisfaction and contractual obligations; allocate resources; make data-driven decisions.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in: molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology; managing multimodal real-world data; drug development/discovery; clinical research/study management; product/companion diagnostics; healthcare implementation/delivery/program management.
- Manager-level experience.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business web tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Regulatory/quality frameworks (CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA).
- Experience delivering/partnering on oncology, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams/direct reports.
