Position Summary
Senior Manager, Alliances: Continuously improve alliance implementation and partner relationship management best practices; drive Caris recognition as a biopharma partner of choice.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage/oversee a portfolio of strategic alliance programs.
- Strategic value & alliance health: due diligence, periodic health checks, annual operating plans.
- Contract management: guide internal teams to meet partnership agreement aims/deliverables.
- Delivery: gather partner requirements; recommend Caris solution provisioning; direct delivery to final deliverables; manage timelines/technical performance; prioritize, communicate, escalate roadblocks, track to goals.
- Process management: governance meeting/decision support; lead implementations to meet timelines and exceed expectations.
- Alignment & relationship management: drive intra-/inter-company alignment, continuous improvement, governance redesign, identify expansion opportunities; serve as internal SME for feasibility, risks, resources, and timelines.
- Proactive risk management: identify/assess/communicate risks/dependencies; mitigation planning and issue resolution.
- Customer/Business Excellence: communicate solution value; tailor best-practice delivery; build/expand customer relationships; mentor and drive process improvements; provide forecasting inputs.
- People leadership (when applicable): lead/coach team; foster high-performance environment; manage day-to-day operations/resource allocation; support performance, talent development, succession, and hiring.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology OR related domains (real-world data, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics, healthcare implementation/delivery/program management).
- Manager-level experience.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business internet tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of CLIA/CAP/GMP/GCP/IVDR/HIPAA impacts.
- Experience delivering/partnering on oncology/lab services/therapeutic programs/data products/clinical-trial enrollment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams/direct reports.
