Senior Manager, Alliances
Job Responsibilities
- Manage/oversee a portfolio of strategic alliance programs: due diligence and alliance health checks; annual operating plans; contract management to ensure aims/deliverables/objectives are met.
- Lead delivery: gather partner requirements, recommend provisioning of Caris solutions, direct delivery from start to final deliverables, ensure quality, manage timelines/technical performance, escalate roadblocks, track to goals.
- Process and governance management: prepare governance/decision-making; lead implementations that exceed partner expectations and meet timelines.
- Alignment and relationship management: drive trust and continuous improvement; redesign governance; identify expansion opportunities; serve as internal SME for expansions (feasibility, risks, resources, timelines).
- Proactive risk management: identify/assess/communicate partner needs, risks, dependencies; lead mitigation planning and issue resolution.
- Customer/business excellence: communicate value of solutions; tailor delivery; mentor and improve processes; provide account-level forecasting inputs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree and 4+ years in molecular biology/clinical molecular diagnostics/oncology or related areas (real-world data, drug development/discovery, clinical research/study management, product management, companion diagnostics, healthcare delivery/program management).
- Manager-level experience (or higher).
- Travel up to 20%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and internet-based tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of regulatory/quality frameworks (CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA).
- Experience delivering/partnering on oncology offerings, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams/direct reports.
