Position Summary
Senior Manager, Alliances responsible for improving implementation and partner relationship management best practices and making Caris a biopharma partner of choice.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage/oversee a portfolio of strategic alliances: alliance health/strategic value (due diligence, health checks, annual operating plans), contract management, and ensure deliverables/objectives are met.
- Lead prescriptive delivery: gather partner requirements, recommend Caris solution provisioning, direct delivery from start to final deliverables; manage timelines/technical performance; communicate priorities and escalate roadblocks.
- Establish governance/operations; lead partner implementations that meet timelines and exceed expectations.
- Drive intra-/inter-company alignment and continuous improvement; redesign governance; identify expansion opportunities; serve as internal SME for expansion feasibility, risks, resourcing, and timelines.
- Proactive risk management: identify/assess/communicate needs, risks, and dependencies; lead mitigation and issue resolution.
- Customer/business excellence: communicate value of Caris solutions; tailor delivery; build strong partner relationships; mentor and support continuous process improvement; provide account-level forecasting inputs.
- (If applicable) Lead/coach/manage team; ensure partner satisfaction and contractual obligations; allocate resources; make data-driven decisions; support talent development, succession, and hiring.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 4+ years in molecular biology, clinical molecular diagnostics, oncology, or related domains (including real-world data/program/product/companion diagnostics/healthcare implementation, delivery, or program management).
- Prior manager-level experience or higher.
- Travel up to 20%.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business internet tools.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of regulatory/quality frameworks (CLIA, CAP, GMP, GCP, IVDR, HIPAA).
- Experience delivering/partnering on oncology, lab services, therapeutic programs, healthcare data products, or clinical-trial enrollment.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams/direct reports.
