Responsibilities:
- Promote Tyvaso and other UT products per corporate guidance within assigned territory/accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with HCPs and specialty distributor staff; provide product messaging and education for PH-ILD and/or IPF.
- Analyze sales reports and develop business plans to achieve/exceed sales targets in key accounts.
- Coordinate with field-based teams (e.g., RBD) to optimize selling and support efforts.
- Maintain expert knowledge of disease state, products, and competitive landscape.
- Use sales force automation for territory effectiveness and record-keeping.
- Complete administrative requirements (e.g., expense and call reporting) and adhere to corporate/external regulatory/UT promotion guidelines.
- Attend relevant symposia/conferences and patient support group meetings; participate in sales/marketing project teams as directed.
Minimum Requirements (ALD Specialist):
- Bachelorβs degree (nursing/life science preferred) or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years specialty pharmaceutical sales (or 6+ years advanced lung disease healthcare/nursing experience).
- 2+ years Cardiovascular and/or Pulmonary therapeutics area expertise.
- Strong leader; proven selling and communication skills; decision-making/planning/interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of UT products/services; valid driverβs license.
Preferred (ALD Specialist): 2+ years specialty biotech sales; 2+ years PH-ILD and/or IPF sales; 2+ years institutional/major teaching centers.
