POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Accountant supports the financial close and reporting process, with a focus on revenue recognition and gross-to-net accounting in accordance with ASC 606. Works with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and helps implement scalable revenue accounting processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the period close by preparing reconciliations and journal entries; maintain revenue recognition models (gross-to-net) to ensure ASC 606 compliance
- Improve accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of financial reporting
- Coordinate with Commercial Finance, Market Access, Compliance, and Supply Chain to record and report revenue and provide insights on how business activities impact results
- Support internal controls (SOX) and external financial reporting (SEC Reporting) as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally (FP&A, Legal, HR, IT, R&D, Operations, Sales & Marketing)
- Assist external auditors during audits with documentation and explanations
- Communicate clearly with explanations and clarifying questions
- Implement continuous improvements and solve routine problems

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required); CPA preferred
- 2–4 years of related experience (required); Big 4 audit experience preferred
- Strong GAAP accounting knowledge
- Pharmaceutical/biotech audit experience and/or gross-to-net revenue experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Advanced hands-on Microsoft Excel experience

APPLICATION / COMPENSATION
Pay range: $95,000 USD – $115,000 USD
