Senior Accountant

Role: Financial Accounting Specialist responsible for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations. Responsibilities: manage reconciliations, prepare financial analyses, review ledger details, consolidate statements, support SEC filings, and assist with SOX compliance and internal controls. Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors, and research complex accounting transactions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, 4+ years of experience with public company accounting and Big Four or mid-size firms, CPA preferred, SOX compliance experience highly valued. High-Value: U.S. GAAP expertise, month-end closing, SEC reporting, SOX compliance, experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus. Work setup: office-based role reporting to the Accounting Manager, with no supervisory duties; environment involves interaction with senior management and auditors.
