Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable & T&E

Role: Senior Accountant, Accounts Payable & T&E, supporting Procure-to-Pay processes, vendor activity, accruals, and payment operations within a biopharma context. Responsibilities: manage accounts payable, vendor verification, payment execution via NetSuite and bank interfaces, reconcile accounts, process accruals, and enhance automation and controls; administer T&E card program, ensure compliance with policies, and support tax reporting and audit activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, minimum 5 years in AP, procure-to-pay, T&E, or GL accounting, with experience in life sciences or manufacturing sectors; proficiency with ERP systems, AP automation, and financial reporting; strong communication and analytical skills.
