Senior Accountant, Accounting & Reporting

Role: Financial Accountant supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes within a biopharma company focusing on targeted oncology and protein degradation therapies. Responsibilities: perform account reconciliations, ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting standards, assist with SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K), implement process improvements including automation, and uphold SOX internal controls. Requirements: Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting, minimum 5 years in public accounting, strong U.S. GAAP and SOX 404 knowledge, experience with SEC reporting, proficiency in Excel, ability to work independently and in teams.
