Senior Accountant

Role: Senior Accountant supporting operational accounting, consolidating financial statements, and ensuring compliance within a global biotech environment. Responsibilities: prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, account reconciliations, journal entries, and assist with SEC reporting footnotes; review internal controls and utilize AI/automations for efficiency; support internal and external audits; collaborate with teams across accounting, SEC, treasury, legal, FP&A, and operations. Requirements: bachelor's in accounting/finance, 5+ years of experience, prior U.S. public company experience, strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX, Excel expertise; CPA/CMA preferred.
