Hybrid – Boston, MA (onsite Tuesday–Thursday). Until the Q1 2027 headquarters move to One Lincoln (downtown Boston), the role is based in Stoughton, MA.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Senior Accountant supporting the financial close and reporting process, focused on revenue recognition and gross-to-net accounting in accordance with ASC 606.

Responsibilities:
- Support period close by preparing reconciliations and journal entries; maintain revenue recognition models (gross-to-net) ensuring ASC 606 compliance
- Improve accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of financial reporting
- Partner with Commercial Finance, Market Access, Compliance, and Supply Chain to record/report revenue and provide insights into financial impact
- Support internal controls (SOX) and external financial reporting (SEC Reporting) as needed
- Collaborate cross-functionally (FP&A, Legal, HR, IT, R&D, Operations, Sales & Marketing)
- Assist external auditors with documentation/explanations
- Communicate clearly to resolve questions/clarifications
- Drive continuous improvements and solve routine problems

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required); CPA preferred
- 2–4 years related experience (required); Big 4 audit experience preferred
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Preferred: pharmaceutical/biotech audit or gross-to-net revenue experience
- Manage multiple priorities within deadlines
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Pay Range: $95,000–$115,000 USD
